This day I have decided to write on this because of the countless calls I receive from people to come help them fix a software problem, or help them configure something in their system.
Now the software that has been my saving grace from wearing out through moving from place to place is call TEAM VIEWER. This software has a lot of usefulness which I can't mention, but I will take us through the elementary uses of it.
What are the benefits of this software: Remote Support and Remote Access
1. Remote Support – no need for any installation on the client side
2. Remote Administration – 24/7 access to remote computers and servers
3. Remote Access – access your data and applications – anytime, anywhere
4. Home Office – access your office computer from home
5. It has it's our social network built in it, you can IM, Voice Chat, Video Chat, transfer files with it and so on.
In brief, with this software, you can connect to another computer or device this has team viewer installed in it and do anything you want to do in both devices.
Installation: This software can can used free for life only if you follow my steps below.
1. Download the application HERE
2. Launch the application and select personal/non commercial use only before installing, see picture below.
3. Once installed, you can see your "User ID" and "Password" with which you can use to connect to another system or be connected to.
