HOw to hide files or folders on your blackberry phone

oday i'm going to be sharing a secret that most people that are using a BlackBerry Phone are not aware about and you can use it to your advantage to keep your files like Videos, Pictures, Documents and any
other files hidden from your friends which means you can now hide that particular file that you don't want any one to see in your phone. You can also use this simple Trick to hide folders that contain files so you don't

have to be hiding the files one by one, all you just have to do is move them into one Particular folder and then you hide the folder and all files in that folder will be hidden unless you want to view it. you don't need a password for this simple trick so you don't have to worry about forgetting your password.

SIMPLE STEPS ON HOW TO HIDE YOUR FILES OR FOLDERS

1. Go to Applications in your Home screen. open the folder and

2. Locate Files and open it.

3. Go to "File Folders" and then enter your Media card or Device (Which ever path you want to hide the file or folder)

4. To hide a single file or folder, just locate the file or folder that you want to hide and then press the BlackBerry option button and then scroll to "Properties" click on properties and you will see a small box next to "Hidden" click on the small box and that particular file or folder will be hidden in your Phone.

NOTE: If you hide a particular video or picture or a folder that contains picture or video, you won't be able to view it from the "Media" in your phone which means it has been hidden and it will be as if that file does not exist in your Phone.

TO VIEW YOUR FILES OR FOLDERS AGAIN

1. Follow step 1 and 2 above

2. Go to "File Folders" and then enter your Media card or Device and click on the option button and scroll to "Show Hidden"

3. Click on Show Hidden and all Hidden files or folder will be available for you to view but Videos or Pictures will not be available in your "Media" yet so to undo the process and be able to view those files from your Media, just locate the Hidden Files or Folders and click on the "Option Button"

4. Click on properties and Un tick the Hidden box and that's all.

So now you can keep your Files and Folders hidden and for your eyes alone.
