HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR BLACKBERRY MESSENGER TO OS10 BBM AND HAVE ACCESS TO BBM CHANNELS

How would you like to use BlackBerry OS10 BBM on your BlackBerry Device. You don't have to own a own a Q10 or Z10 to enjoy it and it comes with BBM Channels. BBM Channels is an upcoming Social platform that is aimed at high-profile Brands and Celebrities. You can also use it to create individual Channels and it works the same way as handle does on Twitter. You will have a clickable pin that you can share with your friends on other social platforms and invite them to your channels.

After the upgrade, your BBM is going to have a new look like the picture above and it comes with 5 tabs on it which includes Chats, Contacts, Groups, Channels and Updates. am going to share with you the simple steps on how to upgrade your BBM to that of OS10.

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR BLACKBERRY MESSENGER TO OS10 BBM

1. From your BlackBerry phone, just click on BlackBerry Beta and then click on the Sign In button and log in with your BlackBerry ID and it will take you to the next page.

2. If you are already a member of BlackBerry Beta Zone, you can log in with your details but if you're not a member, just scroll down and click new user to create an account.

3. Click on Downloads and then click on I Agree to accept the Eligibility Declaration and then scroll down to BBM Channels (BBOS) for other Operating System and click on the Download button. While OS10 users can click on BBM Channels (10.0 & 10.1)

4. Enter your BlackBerry Pin and click on the Download button and you will receive an email that contains your keycode.

5. Once the Download is comeplete, you will be asked to restart your phone. Just click on Yes and then wait for the phone to restart.

6. Go to your email inbox and copy the keycode that was sent to you and open your BBM and you will be giving a place to paste the code, just paste your code there and that's all.
